Participants to the Emirati Chef's Table programme must hold a valid UAE trade licence with a relevant food and beverage activity. Chefs who do not currently have a trade licence are welcome to apply – if accepted to the programme, Dubai SME will assist with obtaining a licence.

Can I apply if my business is newly established?

What is the expected time commitment, and where will sessions take place?

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled workshops, mentoring sessions, and programme activities – where possible, sessions will be arranged to allow you to run your business as normal. The full schedule will be shared before the programme begins.

Programme sessions and activations will take place at selected Dubai SME and partner locations in Dubai, with the final activations taking place at Eatopi locations across the city. Participants will receive the full schedule upon acceptance.

Does completing the programme guarantee a partnership with Kitopi or other partners?

Accepted Answer

No. While the programme provides valuable exposure and opportunities to connect with industry partners, participation does not guarantee a commercial partnership or business agreement beyond the activation included with the programme.
